Ethics and Professionalism in Dentistry

The American College of Dentists (ACD) New England Section is sponsoring an Ethics and Professionalism in Dentistry Program on Saturday January 28th during the Yankee Dental Congress 2017 meeting.

The Panelists include two nationally recognized speakers on Ethics and Professionalism; Professor Phyllis L. Beemsterboer from Oregon Health and Science University and Pamela Zarkowski who serves as the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at University of Detroit Mercy. Other panelists include Dr. Stephen Dulong who serves as the current Chair of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry (BORID), and the current Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS) President, Dr. Ray Martin.

The Program is FREE and scheduled from 1:30-4:30pm, registration is required  through the Yankee Dental Congress and 3 CEU’s will be provided  to attendees. The Program will consist of a presentations on the ADA Code of Ethics, the intersection of laws, regulations and policies and the Code, as well as case discussions relating to professional conduct and behavior.
